1. Who we are
Forma is operated by Jarred Diehm, based in Queensland, Australia. We're building an AI running coach app at runwithforma.com. You can contact us at hello@runwithforma.com. Our postal address is available upon request.
2. Information we collect
When you join the Forma waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your first name, if provided
- The date and time of signup
We may also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location) through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual users.
3. How we use your information
We use your email address to:
- Confirm your place on the Forma waitlist
- Send you updates about Forma's development and launch
- Notify you when early access becomes available
- Respond to any questions or messages you send us
We will not use your information for any purpose unrelated to Forma without your explicit consent.
4. Who we share your data with
We use the following third-party services to operate Forma:
- Klaviyo — our email marketing platform. Your email address is stored and processed by Klaviyo in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — our website hosting and DNS provider. Cloudflare processes web traffic data in accordance with their privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data storage and security
Your email data is stored on Klaviyo's servers, which are located in the United States. Klaviyo is certified under standard data protection frameworks. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from all Forma emails at any time using the link in any email we send
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request that we delete your personal data
- Correct any inaccurate information we hold

7. Australian Privacy Act
Forma is subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with the APPs, you may contact us to raise a complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
8. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and performance purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children's privacy
Forma is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
